Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Cold Foam
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream cold
  • tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Coffee Base
  • 8 oz cold brew or iced coffee
  • ice as needed

Method
 

  1. In a cold container, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Use a hand frother, blender, or whisk to whip until the mixture becomes thick and foamy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold brew or iced coffee.
  4. Top the coffee with the pumpkin cold foam and optionally sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

Store any leftover cold foam in a lidded jar in the refrigerator and re-froth before using. Use unsweetened pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling).
