- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter, then spread over the top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use reduced-fat cheese. Try adding cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor!
