Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 2 packs Oreo cookies Crushed, divided
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream Cold
  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreo cookies using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling with a pin.
  • Whip the heavy cream, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread a thin layer of whipped cream at the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Layer Oreo cookies over the cream, then spread another layer of whipped cream.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a whipped cream layer on top.
  • Garnish with crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chips.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For a twist, try using mint or peanut butter Oreo cookies, or layering fresh berries for a fruity variation!
