Method
- Crush the Oreo cookies using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling with a pin.
- Whip the heavy cream, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream at the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Layer Oreo cookies over the cream, then spread another layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a whipped cream layer on top.
- Garnish with crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For a twist, try using mint or peanut butter Oreo cookies, or layering fresh berries for a fruity variation!
